Responses will be retained as property of the Leon County Sheriff’s Office.The ORIGINAL of your reply must be clearly marked “Original” on its face and must contain an original, non-electronic signature of an authorized representative of the responding firm or individual, all other copies may be photocopies and should be printed double-sided.  The contents of the proposal of the successful Proposer will become part of the contractual obligations.

Electronic Health Records

All valid submissions under RFP LCSO 16-0401IT and RFP LCSO 16-0401ITE will be considered along with valid submissions of this RFP LCSO 16-0401ITF.  There is NO additional addendum and the only change has been to the submission and selection deadlines provided within the RFP document.
