Elise Gann serves as the Senior Executive Director at the Leon County Sheriff’s Office which oversees the Finance and Human Relations Department. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Financial Officer, leading the Department of Finance.A native of Orange Park, Florida, Ms. Gann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of North Florida. She is a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and a graduate of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Executive Leadership Seminar (Class 7). She recently completed her FBI Leadership Trilogy and is currently a part of Leadership Tallahassee Class 43.
