  • Over 2 decades in law enforcement experience. Gene started at The Leon County Sheriff’s
  • Office and then went on to work for State Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Master of Divinity from the University of the South
  • Ordained to ministry as an Anglican Priest
  • Founder and Lead Pastor of First Responders Initiative. Which is dedicated to strengthening the marriages and families of Tallahassee’s 1800+ First Responder Families.
  • 20 Years Ministry experience
  • Greatest passion is family equipping and discipleship; to coach and mentor men who seek to walk fully in their shepherd roles as leaders, husbands, and fathers.
  • Extensive ministry experience teaching and counseling in marriage, Biblical identity, leadership, and Biblical discipleship
